The founders have 20+ years experience building and taking tech products to market, including over 10+ years working in Salesforce ecosystem. They also have broad startup experience, and have structured the business based on lessons learned.


Bracket Labs is an agile, rapidly growing technology company that builds productivity apps on the world’s #1 CRM platform, Salesforce.

We're looking for a Director of Sales to join our team to help us grow, scale, and coach our sales team resulting in the expansion of our customer base throughout the Salesforce ecosystem’s 3 million+ users.

What your day to day looks like:

  • Build an Inside Sales team, including quota-bearing Account Executive and Account Managers, focused on US SMB companies.

  • Define and measure your team’s success by creating revenue, retention, and performance metrics.

  • Execute accurate forecasting and planning. 

  • Coach and mentor members of your team on call coaching, development, implementing best practices, and establishing accountability across the team.

  • Learn and incorporate new products and capabilities, sales tactics, and tools.

  • Responsible for Account Executive and Account Management teams to meet/exceed monthly and annual quotas.

  • Provide transparency and insight of your team’s performance to leadership team.

  • Partner with Finance to provide inputs toward forward looking growth objectives.

  • Work closely with marketing to develop and drive sales campaigns to support sales & retention activities.

What you bring to the table:

  • 7-10 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3 years in leading a software sales team

  • Experience scaling sales teams in early-stage companies

  • Expertise in SaaS sales organizations with experience in Inbound and Outbound revenue creation

  • Experience leading Account Management

  • Proven track record of recruiting and developing successful sales and account management teams

  • Exceptional communication, coaching, listening and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce
